The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to 77ph6 support immediately. 77ph6 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Before any withdrawal is processed, 77ph6 requires successful completion of KYC verification. Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, and Voter's ID (with supporting age documentation where applicable). 77ph6 may request additional documentation at any time as required by PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) obligations.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 77ph6 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of all pending wagering activity and satisfaction of any outstanding obligations.
77ph6 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any matter arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute regarding any wager, game outcome, or Account matter, you must first submit a written complaint to 77ph6 customer support at [email protected]. 77ph6 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a final written determination within five (5) business days.
